About the event
Quarterly training completions are a requirement of the Ongoing Training and Evaluation Program (OTEP). EMS providers must complete at least one approved training activity per quarter. This quarter's deadline is on December 16th, 2022.
All annual training requirements must also be met by this date:
- EMR/EMT Providers: You must complete all 7 lectures with applicable skills stations.
- IV Tech/AEMT/Paramedic: You must attend a minimum of 8 Base Stations.
4th Quarter Training Schedule:
BLS (EMT/EMR):
- November - Trauma/Shock
ILS/ALS (IV Tech, AEMT, Paramedic)
- October - Trauma Skills Station - must attend in person
- November - Respiratory Emergencies
- December - Cardio I

Providers who do not meet the quarterly or annual training requirement will be transitioned from OTEP method of recertification to CME method of recertification through the remainder of their current recertification cycle and will return to OTEP upon recertification.
