3rd Quarter Training Due - 2023

Quarterly training completions are a requirement of the Ongoing Training and Evaluation Program (OTEP).  EMS providers must complete at least one approved training activity per quarter.  This quarter's deadline is September 30th.

Training Opportunities through the end of 3rd Quarter:

BLS (EMT/EMR):

• 2023 Stroke Module
• 2023 Stroke Practical Skills Evaluation
• 2023 OB/GYN Lecture Module
• 2023 OB/GYN Practical Skills Evaluation
• 2023 MCI Lecture Module
• 2023 ILS/ALS MCI Drill
• 2023 MCI Practical Skills Evaluation
• 2023 Pharmacology Module
• 2023 Pharmacology Practical Skills Evaluation
• 2023 EMS BBQ
• 2023 Pediatrics Lecture - Must attend the "live" delivery in September for 3rd Quarter credit - the recording and practical skills scenarios will not be available until the 4th Quarter.

ILS/ALS (IV Tech, AEMT, Paramedic)

• January - Cardiology Part 2
• February - ACLS Skills Station (Must have attended in person)
• March - OB/GYN Base Station
• April - Neurology Base Station
• May - MCI Drill (Must have attended in person)
• June - Pharmacology Base Station (The recorded lecture will be available ASAP - there was a glitch, so fixing then reposting)
• July - PALS Skills Station (Must have attended in-person AND completed the lecture component)
• August - EMS BBQ (Must have attended in person)
• September - Pediatrics Baswe Station - Must attend the "live" delivery for 3rd Quarter credit - the recording will not be available until 4th Quarter.

Providers who do not meet the quarterly training requirement will be transitioned from the OTEP method of recertification to the CME method of recertification through the remainder of their current recertification cycle and will return to OTEP upon recertification.

As a reminder, all training requirements must be met on or before the 3rd Thursday in December.
