• If you are eligible, you will get an Eligibility Confirmation on the screen. Print or screenshot this confirmation.
• Use our Vaccine Locator to find a vaccine near you.
• Schedule your appointment and follow any clinic instructions. Make sure to take your eligibility confirmation.
• Not eligible yet? Enter an e-mail or phone number to get a notification when it is your turn

What is Phase Finder?

Phase Finder is a tool to help people in Washington find out if they are eligible for a COVID vaccine in the current phase. The tool asks a series of questions such as your living situation, zip code, age, health conditions, risk factors, and work situation.

If you are not eligible in the current phase you can sign up to get a notification when your phase opens. The vaccine phases visual timeline (PDF) shows Phase 1A and Phase 1B and the estimated dates for each.
